DEFECTIVE POLICY

  • Must have your photo ID.

  • Must have receipt.

  • We are not responsible for product replacement.

  • They will be sent to the manufacturer.

  • The Manufacturer is responsible for determining if the item will be replaced or not replaced.

  • If the item is to be replaced, they will send one to use or directly to you.

  • No returns or exchanges will be done on defective item with exceptions of exchanges on items that they no longer make, or we can get.

  • There is no guarantee that the item or items will be replaced.
